Babashak proffers both luxury bed and breakfast accommodation and an elegant seafood, vegetarian and vegan restaurant, just 15 feet from the lapping Caribbean Sea. Our design and atmosphere is decidedly Jamaican in essence friendly, welcoming and comfortable. A delightful veranda is fittingly named the Wutless (a Jamaican colloquialism meaning lazy). Rooms are spacious and airy, with an extra large balcony, facing the sea. Our restaurant serves a mouth-wateringly eclectic traditional Jamaican and Rastafarian cuisine, with Trinidadian and International influences.

Babashak is located on the main road in Runaway Bay. Its beautiful bright colours are easily seen from the main road. We are the last house on the seaside in Salem which is at the end of Runaway Bay.We are approximately 70 minutes by car from the Donald Sangster International Airport in Montego Bay (MBJ). From Montego Bay, the road, which is newly developed, hugs the coastline making the drive very scenic.
